A Kissing Day

4 kisses from 4 different Girls? Well, first I should tell you my name....

My name is Link of Hyrule. I am part of the Kokiri Tribe, (AKA forest children) and I saved Princess Zelda and all the other Hyrulian People from "The Big Guy That I Hate" (if you want to be more specific, his name is Ganondorf)...

One day, I was riding Epona in Hyrule Field, Thinking to myself, "Is it just me, or are Malon (from Hyrule) and Romani (from Termina) The same person? .... They both taught me the same song and it was Malon's mother's song, so how would Romani know it?" .... dumb question....

Then I saw Malon galloping on her horse towards me. "Hey Malon!" I said. She said, "Hiya Link! How's Epona?" "Good." I answered. Her long, beautiful red hair fell to the horse's feet. She was so much more beautiful than when a kid.

"Well, I gotta go. Catcha later, Link!"

"See ya."

I went to see Zelda. She was getting married to me, and she had allot of things on her mind.

"Hey Zelda." I said.

"Oh Link!" She ran over and kissed me on the cheek. "I was wondering if you would like to have a party at the Castle tonight."

"Oh, of course," I answered, wondering why she wanted to have a party. "Who am I to invite?" Saria flickered in my mind. I truly wanted to marry her, but I was not about to tell Zelda that.

"Anyone you wish," Zelda replied with a bright, confident smile.

"Why don't you go along and invite everyone you want to and tell them to come at..." She glanced at the Clock Tower. "... 7:30." I joined her glance. It was 4:00.

"Sure."

"Come back once you have invited everyone you would like!"

"Alright."

First stop, Kokiri Forest, I thought. I slapped Epona's rump to get her going a bit faster. I dismounted and tied her to a tree. I sighed. I loved Kokiri Forest. So beautiful, I thought. Wait, Link. Back to business.

I ran over and saw Saria playing her Ocarina on a nearby tree stump. "Saria!" I Shouted.

"Link! It's about time you have come over here! Where have you been?"

"Oh, just around by the castle talking to Zelda," I answered. Her green eyes flickered a darker green, then brown. She was always jealous of Zelda, her being engaged with me (what is up with me anyway? why do people like me so much?)....

To get this awkward subject out of our minds, I thought about the reason I was here.

"So, uhh.. Saria, do you want to come to the Castle for a party that Zelda is hosting?"

"A Party? Wow! I havn't been invited to Party in years! You're the best!" She kissed me. (wow what's next, a goose kissing me?)

"So, I assume that's a yes?" I asked.

"Of course." She answered.

I told her to come at 7:30, and she seemed so excited (in fact, I've never seen anyone as excited as Saria seemed then!)

"See ya then, Link!"

"See ya then, Saria."

I walked over to where Epona was tied up, and was surprised to see Mido, fiddling with the rope and twirling it around with his fingers.

"And just what do you think you are doing, Mido?" I shouted.

"You call this a horse? It looks like a cow to me." Mido teased. I was angry. Epona was my favorite thing in the world, and I wouldn't back down to his response.

"Shut Up, Mido. You think you're the best, but you aren't."

"And you think you are the best?"

"No, Mido, but I think I am better than you."

"Ooooooooo..." Was the rest of the Kokiris' reply.

I ripped the rope out of his hands and said, "Come on Epona, let's go." And we rode out from the distance, and I didn't look back.

Epona galloped faster towards LonLon Ranch, for she recognized the Melody that seemed to be pouring out of the Ranch, Epona's Song (Malon did say, "That horse loves that song!")

"Malon, you are invited to a party," I said, startling her.

"Hey Grasshopper! I'm invited to a party?! Well I'll be! Sure I'm comin', but first I gotta tell my daddy."

She shouted, "Daddy?" then I heard nothing but a "Kay," from the house and she said, "That means yes." We laughed.

"Hey, Grasshopper, you wanna stay for a while?"

"Sure, but I gotta get going soon."

I thought, Malon truly is a good friend, she's not like other people.

After a while, I said,

"Well, Malon I gotta go, see ya at the party!"

"Alright, Grasshopper. See ya then." She kissed me on my cheek. (WHY WERE SO MANY GIRLS KISSING ME?! AHH!)

Hmm, I thought, who have I forgotten? I need to invite someone else.... How about... Ruto! Yes! Ruto! That's who I am forgetting! I got on Epona. It was 5:45 and I needed to move fast.

I got to Zora's Domain, And played Zelda's lullaby, then the door opened.

"LINK!" Ruto ran to me and screamed in her squeaky voice. "Have you finally excepted the Zora's Jewel as a sign of engagement?"

"Uhh.... no Ruto, I was wondering if you would like to go to a party Zelda is hosting."

"A party? Like, like, a date for you and me?"

"Uhhh... no Ruto. Just a party, ya know?"

"Oh, sure! If you will kiss me."

Oh god, I thought. Haven't I had enough kisses today already?

"Alright, whatever."

She gave me a big kiss, and it literally made a big, "SMAK" noise on my cheek.

"There. What I have always been wanting to do." Said Ruto, once again in her usual, squeaky voice. She smiled, and I tried to do the best smile I could back.

I glanced at the clock tower once more and saw that it was 6:30. I said, "Hey, uh.. Ruto? I gotta go now. So, see ya at the party."

"Wai-" I cut her off and went running out of the door saying "Yugkh!" because sometimes she freaks me out.

I arrived at the Castle. Seeing Zelda, I said,

"Hey, I invited everyone."

"Don't tell me you invited all girls to the party."

"Hey, Zelda! It's not MY fault that I'm likable!"

"Well, whatever."

Well, that was the kissing day, and when everyone was at the party, it looked a little bit like this--
