Use of map locations

While playing Oracle of Seasons, press the Select button to see the map of Holodrum. The map is 16X16. The top of the map is indicated by letters left to right (A-P). The left side of the map is indicated by numbers top to bottom (1-16).

1. Horon Village  Location: I14

There is a piece of heart in Horon Village on I14 on the map. To get it, you need the Ember Seeds to burn the shrub to reach the heart piece.

2. Woods of Winter  Location: K15

A piece of heart is in the windmill in K15. To get it, change the season to winter and use the snow bridge to the right to reach the upper level of the windmill.

3. Woods of Winter  Location: P11

There is a piece of heart in P11. To get it, change the season to winter and walk across the frozen water to the rock blocking the heart piece. Use the Power Bracelet to pull it and reach the heart piece.

4. Sabrosia  Location: F5

In Sabrosia, go to the market at F5 on the map and pick up the heart piece to buy. You can buy it for 20 pieces of ore and 10 Ember Seeds.

5. Eyeglass Lake  Location: K11

Go to the pool of water east of eyeglass lake at K11 on the map and change the season to summer. The water will then be dried up and there will be many rocks. Use your Power Bracelet to pull the rock in the middle of  the pool and follow the stairs down to a room where there is a heart piece.

6. Moblin Fortress  Location: L6

Defeat the Moblin King in the Moblin's Keep by going through the entrance at L6. When he drops a bomb, pick it up with your power bracelet and throw it at him.

7. Goron Mountain  Location: N3

Go to N3 on the map and change the season to spring. Then use the Blast Bloom to shoot yourself up a cliff to reach a piece of heart.

8. Spool Swamp  Location: B11

Go to B11 on the map and change the season to spring, using the tree stump near the Poison Moth's Lair. The vines around the heart piece will go away and you can swim the waters to reach the heart piece.

9. Graveyard   Location: B14

Once you have Roc's Cape from the Explorer's Crypt, you can enter the Graveyard through the cave, outside of the graveyard. Change the season to spring, using the tree stump in C14. Enter the graveyard and pick up the mushrooms blocking the entrance to the heart piece.

10. Northern Holodrum   Location: F2

Once you have explored the Sword & Shield Maze in Sabrosia, the temple remains will change, revealing lava pits and a weak wall at F2 on the map. Bomb the crack in the wall to retreive a heart piece.

11. Gasha Nut

If you plant lots of Gasha Nuts and keep cutting them down, you will find a Piece of Heart.

12. Maple

If you run into Maple, the witch often, eventually she will drop a piece of heart that you can take.
